Ross has over 25 years experience in building innovation businesses from inception to successful enterprises.  Working with both private and publicly listed organisations, Ross has a reputation and track record in creating, building, managing, merging and acquiring innovation businesses up to $200M. Passionate about creating effective and motivated teams through mentoring of leaders and developing company culture, team leadership, innovation, team building, reorganisation and growth strategies.

With seven IT business builds under his belt, Ross has grown and exited numerous businesses including founding of his own technology business delivering ERP, CRM & BI solutions to manufacturing and distribution organisations which was built and sold to a US publicly listed organisation within 2.5 years.

He has worked with organisations such as St George Bank, Fairfax Group, Nortel Networks, Technology One, CSG, Amazing Global Technologies and Anixter.

Ross helps business owners to realise the full value of their business through growth strategies, innovation leadership projects, capital raising and also helps them with an exit strategy that ensures they get an exceptional return for the business they have built.

He currently holds Board & Non-Executive Director positions and his previous roles include Chief Executive Office (CEO), Country Manager, Vice President Asia Pacific, General Manager, State Manager and Management Consultant.

Ross holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Griffith University and is a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and The University of Western Ontario, Hong Kong Campus

Ross works with business owners in private enterprise owners to help them uncover the true value of their business assets and find a path to success that does not compromise themselves and keeps them connected to their family and the community.  He helps business owners to realise the full value of their business immediately through growth strategies, capital raising and also helps them with an exit strategy that ensures they get an exceptional return for the business they have worked so hard to build.
